The System Is The Solution
In your orientation class, you will learn the five ranges of combat, how to move with speed and power and self-defense techniques that you can instantly put to use. These movements can be practiced ANYWHERE - in your home or at work. No special attire or equipment is needed while you are practicing. Even if you only complete the new student special, you will have some strong basic tools of self defense and the foundations of black belt excellence.
Unlike strenuous sports such as football or wrestling, people of all ages can learn and enjoy Kenpo. Since we tailor our Kenpo lessons to fit your own physical capability, you can develop self-defense skills at your own pace. We offer programs starting from the young age of four.
