Kenpo Senior Training Program
For students 15 and older, the Kenpo Senior Program presents Knight Method Kenpo's complete system. Each rank level contains self-defense techniques, prescribed forms (sets & katas), and routines for development of basic Kenpo skills. Opportunities for Sparring are provided to develop confidence and skill in a safe and controlled environment.
The Program emphasizes developing the total person - physical, mental and emotional. Personal progress is monitored and encouraged through a clear and timely belt ranking system.
Our Rotational Training Model
What makes us unique is our approach to teaching and coaching our students. Thinking outside the traditional box, we offer a four month rotating curriculum that builds upon itself over the years thus fortifying the lessons learned and fostering continued and depending knowledge of the art.
Our Rotation 1 curriculum is taught between the months of November and March, Rotation 2 is taught between March and July and finally, Rotation 3 is taught between July and November. Class Schedule
Tue, Wed & Thurs 7pm & Sat 1:30pm
Silver Seniors (50 +): Friday 7pm
Sparring: Saturday at 12:30pm
